Dear Patrons,
Since the opening of the 2021-22 Concert Season, we have upheld the highest safety standards for our events. When organizations were permitted to move to full capacity in October, we chose to err on the side of caution by keeping a 50% capacity limit and enforcing distanced seating. This means that NSO events already meet all of the guidelines announced today by the Ontario government.
In order to limit contact between patrons and staff our programme booklets are made available digitally for mobile devices. All NSO concerts at the FirstOntario PAC require proof of vaccination for entry, and masks and social distancing are required while at the venue.
We have long considered these measures to be a feature of attending an NSO concert.
In light of the fact that we continue to meet provincial guidelines, our upcoming Holiday Favourites concerts on December 18th and 19th will go ahead as planned.
“We look forward to seeing our treasured audience this weekend for what has become a Niagara tradition. The support we have received from you on our return to stage has been truly overwhelming, and I am humbled. By getting vaccinated, boosted, and testing at home as home-kits become available, your efforts will ensure that live music in the Niagara region will continue to thrive. You have my deepest thanks.”

We understand that despite our best efforts, you may not feel comfortable attending indoor events right now. We are encouraging patrons who do not want to attend due to covid considerations to donate their tickets back to the NSO to receive a charitable donation receipt for the cost of the ticket.
The PAC box office is currently closed and reopens 3 hours before performances. If you would like to donate your ticket or request a refund, please call the NSO directly at 905-687-4993 ext. 221 to leave a message, and the NSO will work with the PAC to honour your request. Please leave your message on Saturday before 2pm for the Saturday performance, and on Sunday before 10am for the Sunday performance.
Sincerely,
The NSO
