OVATION 365

SPONSOR A CHAIR

We now offer the opportunity to “Sponsor a Chair” in the orchestra! Sponsoring a musician’s chair is a direct way to connect your passion for music and your show of support, as your name will appear next to the musician’s name in print and digital listings for the entire season! You can even gift your sponsorship or dedicate it to a loved one. Choose a favourite musician or instrument in the orchestra.

THE GROUP OF 75

The NSO is introducing the Group of 75 by inviting you to become annual donors – champions of the NSO’s future.  Through your love of music and belief in your symphony’s vital servie to the community, you can set the stage for continuing relevance and sustainability by pledging an annual gift of $750, $1,500, or $2,500 or more to the NSO for the next 3 years.

VEHICLE DONATION

The Niagara Symphony has partnered with Donate a Car Canada to accept your vehicle donation! You will be provided free towing, or you can drop off your vehicle to maximize your donation. When you donate your car, truck, RV, boat, or motorcycle to the NSO through Donate A Car Canada, it will either be recycled or re-sold (depending on its condition, age and location). Donate a Car Canada will look after all the details to make it easy for the NSO to benefit. You will receive a tax receipt after your vehicle donation has been processed.

Gift of Securities

Donating via a gift of securities is a tax-efficient way to support the Orchestra. With a donation of publicly traded securities (stocks, mutual funds, bonds, etc.) directly to the NSO you can eliminate the capital gains tax as these securities are sold. You’ll receive a charitable tax receipt for the fair-market value on the date the security is received by our broker. As well, the NSO receives the full value of the securities.

Legacy Circle

Leave a legacy of generosity and music with a planned gift to the NSO. Your gift will ensure that the NSO can continue to provide orchestral music and educational programming to your community. The NSO’s Legacy Circle recognizes those who have made a planned gift to the orchestra during their lifetime or through a bequest. Your gift may be realized in the future, but by letting us know of your planned gift now, you will be become a lifetime member of the Legacy Circle and will be recognized immediately for your contribution. There are multiple ways to contribute or structure your planned gift to the NSO.
